If you registered to be a donor through your iPhone, you can remove yourself from the National Donate Life Registry by referring to Apple’s documentation page, “Set up your Medical ID in the Health app on your iPhone,” and following the instructions in the section that says “You can edit your information with Donate Life at any time.”

• If you registered to be a donor here at DonateLifeVirginia.org, you can remove yourself from the Virginia Donor Registry by updating your registration on this website.
• If you registered to be a donor at RegisterMe.org, you can remove yourself by updating your registration on Donate Life America’s National Donate Life Registry website (RegisterMe.org).

• If you registered to be a donor with the Virginia DMV, you can remove yourself from the Virginia Donor Registry by updating your registration on this website.
• When you renew your driver’s license or ID card, let the Virginia DMV know you are no longer a registered donor.
